Refund Policy

Finally Wedding offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on the My Wedding Budget Signature plan. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at hello@weddingbudget.shop and we'll initiate the refund for you.

Please include your order ID (sent in your purchase confirmation email) so we can locate your transaction quickly.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to post the refund.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, access to Signature features will be revoked. You can continue to use the free budget planner at any time.
