Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of My Wedding Budget (the "Service"), operated by Finally Wedding ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing the Signature plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

My Wedding Budget is a web-based budget and planning tool for engaged couples. A free tier provides a budget calculator. The paid Signature plan is a one-time purchase that unlocks vendor tracking, a transaction log, contributions, and honeymoon planning.

2. Acceptance & eligibility

By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that any information you provide is accurate.

3. Account & credentials

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
• probe, scan, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
• upload malware or attempt to scrape or reverse-engineer the Service.

5. Intellectual property

Finally Wedding retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the software, design, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal wedding planning.

6. Payments, billing & refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

The Signature plan is sold as a one-time purchase. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility and how to request a refund.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where it cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the Service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Finally Wedding is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
